House on Dunn’s Marsh

At less than 1000sf, this small home maximizes the interior space to create open sightlines to the exterior, making a small home feel larger. The plan is organized into a private wing with the primary bedroom and a more public wing with the kitchen and living space. Each wing is given its own gabled roof to create the impression of two separate but connected pavilions.
